So, I decided to modify my Olive Garden copycat breadsticks, which can be found here.
I prepared the dough exactly the same but when it came time to roll out the breadsticks, I lined them with 6 pepperonis apiece and wrapped the dough around the pepperoni.
After that, I let them rise and bake according to the original recipe's instructions. I made the topping to brush onto them after they came out of the oven, then served them hot. They were amazing! I highly recommend upgrading the first version by adding pepperoni, yum! Maybe next time I'll throw some cheese in there too!
