Crockpot Chicken & Noodles

I love crockpot meals! They are so convenient if you are going to be out of the house all day, but I love them even when I'm home. Getting to smell delicious food cooking makes the house feel cozy, especially during winter!

This Crockpot Chicken & Noodles recipe is by far the easiest crockpot meal I make. Prep time probably only takes about 5 minutes depending on how long it takes you to gather your ingredients :)

Start by putting 2 large or 3 medium boneless skinless chicken breasts into your crockpot. Then, pour in 32 ounces of chicken broth and season with a teaspoon of garlic powder, a teaspoon of onion powder, salt and pepper. Add a can of Cream of Chicken soup and a stick of butter. Put the lid on the crockpot and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.

Take cooked chicken out of the crockpot. You can either shred it or cut it. I find it less time consuming to just chop it up, but shredding is delicious too :) Put the chicken back into the crockpot, then add a 24 ounce bag of frozen egg noodles and stir until well combined.

Cover and cook for an additional 2-3 hours on low. Stir, then serve!

Make sure you blow on each bite, it will be HOT!

The recipe is below, enjoy!
